This building has one main uniqueness about it. Its roof it basically design to be a huge water collector. It would collect the water, store it, and use it to flush toilets or maybe even water the plants instead of using ordinary clean water which is getting more and more expensive in Singapore as the time goes by. There will also be other features like having an 360 Led display that would display anything from the malls name to the random advertisement or maybe even feature other malls.
